Je trouve ce livre très bien, , il explique bien les pauses et donne de nombreux conseils pour aller un peu plus loin dans les postures . Le vocabulaire utilisé est difficile, c'est de l'anglais de médecin. Je pense l'auter doit pratiquer du yoga Iyengar, en tout cas, je retrouve beaucoup de chose apprise dans ce type de pratique mais de toute façon tout est bon à prendre pour l'appliquer dans n'importe quelle pratique.
